What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
A valid physical driver’s license (held for a minimum of one year) and a major credit card under your name are mandatory. International renters must also provide a passport, along with an International Driving Permit if their license is not in English or a Latin/Roman alphabet.
Is unlimited mileage included?
Unlimited mileage is offered to renters outside Texas. Texas residents are restricted to 50–100 miles per day (depending on the vehicle), with an additional charge of $0.25–$0.45 per mile for any excess usage.
What are your operating hours?
We are available 24/7.
Do you accept digital or mobile driver’s licenses?
No. Only original, physical driver’s licenses are accepted—no digital or mobile versions.
How does airport shuttle pickup work?
Shuttle service is available on all Terminals Upon arrival, call +1 (877) 552-0316. Pickup times may extend up to 30 minutes, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
Is insurance mandatory for renting a car?
Yes. Renters must provide proof of both Collision and Liability coverage.
What if I arrive late for my reservation?
Reservations are held for up to 3 hours past the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this window, the booking is marked as a No-Show and becomes non-refundable.
Can I use my personal or credit card insurance?
Yes. Personal insurance must include both Collision and Liability coverage. Credit card insurance typically covers Collision only—Liability coverage must still be secured separately.
Are debit cards or cash accepted?
Cash and prepaid cards are not accepted. Debit cards may be used strictly for deposits, provided the renter has a valid return airline ticket. A $50 debit card processing fee applies.
What is the required security deposit?
A refundable deposit ranging from $250 to $2000 (based on the selected vehicle) will be preauthorized on a major credit card.
Can I drive the vehicle outside Texas?
No. Taking the vehicle outside Texas results in a $2000 cross-border penalty, along with $0.25–$0.45 per mile for all miles driven. Unlimited mileage benefits will also be voided.
Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, prepaid cards, and gift cards are not accepted. Debit cards are conditionally accepted for deposits.
How can I contact shuttle service?
Call +1 (877) 552-0316 and select option 1 for shuttle assistance. Share your terminal and group details to ensure faster pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the original booking platform. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Late cancellations and No-Shows are strictly non-refundable.
Can I return the vehicle after business hours?
Yes. After-hours returns are available: Mon–Fri: 11:01 PM – 6:59 AM, Sat–Sun: 7:01 PM – 8:59 AM. Responsibility for the vehicle remains with you until it is officially checked in by staff.
What optional add-ons are available?
Available add-ons include baby seats, child seats, GPS, toll passes, roadside assistance, and tire/windshield protection. All extras are subject to availability at pickup
What are the age requirements for renting?
The minimum rental age is 21. Drivers aged 21–24 are subject to a $40/day Young Driver Surcharge and may have limited vehicle options.
What if the vehicle is returned dirty or damaged?
Vehicles returned in poor condition may incur cleaning or damage fees ranging from $250 to $500 or more, depending on severity.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. Additional drivers can be added for $10/day and must be present at pickup with a valid driver’s license.
Is smoking or vaping permitted in the vehicle?
No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500.
What is your fuel policy?
We follows a Like-for-Like fuel policy. Any missing fuel will be charged at $7.99 per gallon, along with an additional $9.50 refueling service fee.
