George Bush Intercontinental Airport’s Rental Car Center sits off the main terminals, reachable only by the IAH SkyTrain. Once you arrive, you join a queue at the counter, fill out paperwork, and wait for your vehicle to be brought around. On a busy day, that process takes 45–90 minutes.

Yes. We service all five terminals at George Bush Intercontinental Airport — Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. Simply call us when you land and tell us which terminal you are in.
You need a valid physical driver’s license (held for at least 1 year) and a major credit card in your name. International renters must also provide a passport and an International Driving Permit if their license is not in a Latin or Roman alphabet.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the original booking platform. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
