Unlimited mileage is offered to renters outside Texas. Texas residents are restricted to 50–100 miles per day (depending on the vehicle), with an additional charge of $0.25–$0.45 per mile for any excess usage.

Yes. Renters must provide proof of both Collision and Liability coverage.

Reservations are held for up to 3 hours past the scheduled pickup time. Beyond this window, the booking is marked as a No-Show and becomes non-refundable.

Yes. Personal insurance must include both Collision and Liability coverage. Credit card insurance typically covers Collision only—Liability coverage must still be secured separately.

Cash and prepaid cards are not accepted. Debit cards may be used strictly for deposits, provided the renter has a valid return airline ticket. A $50 debit card processing fee applies.

A refundable deposit ranging from $250 to $2000 (based on the selected vehicle) will be preauthorized on a major credit card.

No. Taking the vehicle outside Texas results in a $2000 cross-border penalty, along with $0.25–$0.45 per mile for all miles driven. Unlimited mileage benefits will also be voided.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals. Cleaning charges may apply if the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash, prepaid cards, and gift cards are not accepted. Debit cards are conditionally accepted for deposits.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the original booking platform. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Late cancellations and No-Shows are strictly non-refundable.

Yes. After-hours returns are available: Mon–Fri: 11:01 PM – 6:59 AM, Sat–Sun: 7:01 PM – 8:59 AM. Responsibility for the vehicle remains with you until it is officially checked in by staff.

Available add-ons include baby seats, child seats, GPS, toll passes, roadside assistance, and tire/windshield protection. All extras are subject to availability at pickup

The minimum rental age is 21. Drivers aged 21–24 are subject to a $40/day Young Driver Surcharge and may have limited vehicle options.

Vehicles returned in poor condition may incur cleaning or damage fees ranging from $250 to $500 or more, depending on severity.

Yes. Additional drivers can be added for $10/day and must be present at pickup with a valid driver’s license.

No. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles. Any violation will result in a cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500.

We follows a Like-for-Like fuel policy. Any missing fuel will be charged at $7.99 per gallon, along with an additional $9.50 refueling service fee.
